Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a public school teacher, an experience that helped shape my passion for helping others learn, grow, and succeed. I'm a graduate of East Central University and enjoy traveling and watching sports in my free time.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Dusty Treat - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
